Xpert 40

XPERT 40 is a self-contained, shielded cabinet X-ray system designed to meet imaging requirements for surgically excised and needle core biopsies.  This equipment provides high resolution, high contrast, X-ray images,using either radiographic film up to 14 x 17 inches or digitally with the DICOM compliant DIGIVIEW digital detectors up to 8 x 10 inches in size.

With its small focal spot x-ray source and adjustable sample posiitioning capability, the XPERT 40 provides variable magnification for increased visibility and sharpness of detail for lesions and abnormalities in biopsies. The XPERT 40 is easy to operate.  Its use not only eliminates scheduling conflicts in Mammography but also reduces time in Surgery for surgically excised biopsies.  It is also very useful in Pathology or in the Laboratory for inspection of tissue specimens or small animals in vivo.  Its compact size, low weight, and standard AC power requirement allow it to be conveniently located  and safely operated in most environments.

Xpert 80

The Xpert 80 is a self contained, shielded cabinet X-ray system designed to meet the requirements of various low energy x-ray imaging applications in Science and Research.

The ability to accommodate film sizes up to 10" x 12" or digital detectors up to 8" x10" facililities the imaging of the entire animals or large tissue samples in a single image.  The accompanying image analysis software provides the researcher with a plethora of tools to enhance the image and view multiple versions without exposing the subject to unnecessary radiation.  Images can be saved in DICOM, TIFF or JPEG formats.

With its small focal spot X-ray source and adjustable sample positioning capability, the XPERT 80 provides variable magnification up to 5X for film based imaging, for increased visibility and sharpness of detail.

The Xpert 80 is easy and simple to operate.  Its compact size, low weight, and standard AC power requirement allow it to be conveniently located and operated in any laboratory or field setting.
