Ergonomic Design, helps prevent musculoskeletal injuries when scanning. The table design allows the sonographer to get close for optimal image without compromising comfort to the shoulder, arm or hand.
All Biodex Ultrasound Tables can adjust down to 23" to accommodate wheelchair transfers and those with ambulatory difficulties. The table adjusts....not the sonographer, not the patient. The swing-out Cardiac Scanning Cutout is a pivoting cushion that doubles as an armrest. For the gamut of upper extremity vascular procedures, the optional arm board mounts to either side of the table.
The Hand-Held Controller activates height, Trendelenberg motions, Fowler back and auto level motions.
The Foot Controller activates height, Trendelenberg motions, and Fowler back. The Central Floor Locking System secures table position and is accessible from either side of the table.
Retractable Stirrups expand the function of the table to include endovaginal, hysterosonography, testicular, OB and more. The bottom cushion of the table drops out of the way for unobstructed access.
Fold-Away Side Rails provide added safety without getting in the way. When stowed the sonographer has total access for correct scanning procedure.
The motorised Fowler back is infinitely adjustable to 80 degrees via hand or foot controller.
Paper dispenser holds a roll of hygienic table paper and includes a cutter strap and and IV Pole easily attaches for quick convenience.
