With an already well established reputation in IMRT QA, MapCHECK™ from Sun Nuclear and Imaging Equipment Ltd has two new members in the software family. With the change in dosimetry away from more traditional methods such as film and digitally exposed media to electronic devices software has been developed to integrate these into QA.
MapCHECK™ now contains a powerful physics modelling software module that enables conversion of EPID images to dose planes and a true 2D dose calculation for accurate MU checking of IMRT fields.
