EXTENDED WARRANTIES:
In order to assist customers and departments during this difficult financial period, we are able to offer manufacturer's extended hardware warranty, and believe that the benefits of these warranties include;
- reducing financial liability for equipment malfunction or failure
- reducing the duration of unscheduled downtime events
- fully protecting one of your biggest investments
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS:
Maintaining your equipment, along with regular preventative maintenance visits, will ensure reliability and extend the life of your instrument. These visits are carried out at specified intervals and precisely in line with manufacturer's specifications.
Imaging Equipment Limited offer packages which can be designed to meet our Customers' requirements on an individual basis, allowing flexibility along with quick response times. We also offer One Off Call Out Visits which could be useful for older equipment with no Maintenance Contracts.
CALIBRATIONS
It is essential to calibrate your equipment to ensure that it is working within the manufacturer's original specifications, and can therefore be depended upon to perform as expected. Failure to do so could potentially lead to faulty test readings.
